Return/Exchanage Policy

Free Domestic (U.S.A.) Exchanges 

Are there any charges for a return?

  • There is no charge to exchange your order to get your correct size or the style you want or a store credit. 
  • If you checked out with ReDo you are covered for FREE Exchanges and Store Credit, if not, or if you would like a refund, you can take advantage of their discounted return shipping label.
  • When an exchange is authorized, you will receive a label to cover the cost of the exchange shipping. Your exchange order will be placed immediately.
  • We will not reimburse return shipping costs or any other method of return shipment. 
  • IF YOU SHIP AN ITEM BACK USING YOUR OWN LABELS INSTEAD OF OURS,THERE WILL BE A $10.00 RESTOCKING FEE.

What items are returnable/exchangeable? If any of the below are not met, we cannot exchange or refund.

  • Orders within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Merchandise be in original condition
  • Merchandise have paper tags still attached
  • Merchandise be unwashed and unworn
  • Merchandise be returned in the original packaging
  • Merchandise have been purchased from www.luxeloomed.com

What items are non-refundable? (or exchangeable)

  • Gift Cards 
  • Original shipping charges
  • Items on our 40% Sale page are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Center page, enter your order number and email address in the corresponding fields, then click Start a Return
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Choose a FREE exchange (if you checked out with ReDo), store credit or return and follow prompts.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within approximately 5 business days.

 

International Returns 

Are there any charges for a return?

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of international return shipping
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product received was defective or damaged during shipping
